Penrith Youth Refuge
Crisis accommodation and 24/7 support for young males and females aged 14 years and 9 months to 17 years of age. The program provides short-term accommodation, assessment and referral services. The emphasis, where possible, is on family restoration.
Clients are encouraged to work on some of the following issues

Dulkara
Provides semi-supported accommodation and support services for young males aged 16 to 19 years, and independent housing and support services for young males aged 19 to 25 years. Each client is individually case managed and encouraged to work toward self-reliance and independent living.

Brighter Futures
Brighter Futures Program provides intensive support and coordination of services to vulnerable families at risk of entering child protection intervention. The program includes in-home and group based parenting education, facilitating access to child care and material assistance.

Willow Tree
Semi-supported accommodation and pregnancy support for females aged 16 to 19 years. Young mums, up to the age of 25, are then able to move into self-supported unit style accommodation for up to 12 months. Each client is individually case managed and encouraged to work towards self-reliance and independent living.

Provides individual case management, accommodation and support for young people with a range of complex needs.

Outreach Support
Young people up to the age of 25 who are at risk of homelessness or who have recently moved out of supported accommodation are supported while living in their own homes for a period of up to six months (negotiable) to work towards specific goals.
Financial Case Management
Provides access to Centelink payments and budgeting assistance to young people who have received a ‘non-payment’ period from Centrelink. Access to the program is through Centrelink referrals.
Living Skills Programs
A range of pre-employment and living skills courses with the aim of preventing homelessness and maintaining stable accommodation. Programs include:
• Introduction to hospitality
• Introduction to computers
• Learn to drive
• Assistance with finding a job or training course
• Family mediation support
